Benjamin Thomas Shaw, son of Jessie Mansfied & Mary F. Shaw. He was born 02/07/1894 and died 12/11/1958. He married 12/17/1916 to Maggie Conye Rimes, daughter of Thomas Harlow Rimes and Lou Ella Dekle. Conye was born 07/17/1895 and died 11/07 1994. They were married at the Met Church in Worthington Springs, FL. They had seven children:

M: Warren Folks from 1959-1961. Trumie worked a nurse for over 30 years, at Lake City VA Hospital and then at the VA in Phoenix. After Warrens return from the War, Warren became active in the KKK and other political unrests. He ran unsuccessfully for the state senate, in 1988, and then for Governor of Florida in 1990. He resided in Jacksonville for most of his life.

M: 1944 Tommie Lucile Ross 12/16/1926 D: 04/01/2018, d/o Thomas Ray Ross 1896–1976 and Laurette McGahee Ross 1909–2001. Tommy was employed by the Supervisor of Elections office under Fletcher Bowden in 1951. Throughout the years she advanced and eventually was promoted to Assistant Supervisor of Elections. July 1986, Governor Bob Graham appointed Tommie to succeed the retiring Harry Nearing as Supervisor of Elections. Tommie held the Supervisor of Elections office for 13 years.

Tommie remarried to Buford Bell and Charles Banks. Charles, a native of Franklin County, GA, later became a fireman here in Jacksonville and was later called into the US Coast Guard serving from October 25, 1943 and returned to duty with the Fire Department March 5, 1946; Later appointed as Assistant Fire Marshal on December 2, 1960, becoming a Fire Marshal December 2, 1964, retiring April 4, 1969 with 27 years with the Fire Department. Moved to Tucker, GA and served in the Fire Safety Engineering Division located in the Capitol Building of Atlanta, GA until his retirement in 1983. Returned back to Jacksonville in May of 1999, where he resided until his death.she was a part of the Red Hat Club.
